By way of response to your concerns, we place a strong emphasis on employee diversity, growth, development, and teamwork; and our hiring approach reflects our commitment to those principles. Our current interview process calls for multiple 30 minute interviews from a wide range of individuals including some with over 20 years industry experience and some with less than 2. We have found over several years that this approach results in a much more diverse and well-rounded team of talented employees. Questions related to communication, teamwork, and overcoming roadblocks are meant to be brought up multiple times since these values are core to Xevant’s outward mindset culture. We find it beneficial to both the candidate and the hiring manager to ask key questions in multiple ways to give the candidate an opportunity to clarify responses and ensure mutual understanding.
