Interview
Initially, there was a phone discussion to verify background details and assess suitability for the position. This was followed by scheduling a technical interview. However, the day before the interview, I received a call informing me that the interview panel would not be available and that the interview would be postponed and rescheduled. Unfortunately, the interview was never rescheduled, and I did not receive any feedback or response despite reaching out multiple times.

Question 1
The initial phone interview focused on confirming the availability of the required skills mentioned in the job description. I was asked to explain the number of years of experience I had with each requirement and where I had gained that experience.

Interview
There were four interviews:
The first was an HR call to understand my tech stack and salary expectations.
The second was a technical interview with two Sri Lankan developers, including a small live coding test.
The third was with the COE, and he mainly asked about my industry experience.
The fourth was with the client. They discussed the technologies they use and asked about my experience with each.
