1st interview with HR. They asked situational questions and personality questions. If you pass this one then you move onto the 2nd interview. 2nd interview is a group panel interview with 6 other candidates and 4-5 managers from the company. Each of the managers are in charge of a territory and they will decide if they want you on their team or not.
