2 phone screens (1 with recruiter to talk about culture, 1 with VP of Engineering to talk about my previous experience) led to an in-office interview.
The interview consisted of three ~45 minute sessions: culture fit, whiteboard, and pair programming (2 Xinova employees in each section). There were 10-minute breaks in between sections for the team to discuss and come back to me with feedback. If things didn't go well in any section, they would have given me feedback and ended the interview there. At the end of the interview process, we exchanged feedback on how the process had gone, and they made an offer on the spot.
