1 on site interview, 1 virtual interview with the owner.
The communication could have been clearer about the second interview being virtual. First interview on site had a google meet link, as well as the second, so not clearly communicating that the second interview was virtual caused confusion.
Throughout the process, I was contacted through LinkedIn and email, however I was notified that I did not get the role from a generic LinkedIn application update. This just felt a little cold and unprofessional considering our other communications.
The owner came across as short and not the most friendly. Questions about how to build a chair and what type of media I consume felt demeaning considering the role.
