2 stage interview process which consisted of a 30 minute telephone interview followed by a 1 hour face to face interview with the Head of Resourcing. The process took 2 weeks from CV submission to offer. During the call I was given a brief overview to the organisation and the function as well as quickly running through my CV this enabled us to have a more in depth discussion during my face to face interview
