The interview process for the HR Analyst role I applied for started with an initial HR screening over the phone. In that round, they asked about my background, why I was interested in HR analytics, and how my skills aligned with the role. It was mostly conversational, aimed at understanding my motivation and communication skills. After that, I was given a technical assessment. It included working with Excel—things like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data cleaning, and I also had to interpret a small HR dataset to identify trends and suggest improvements. It tested my attention to detail and how I draw insights from data.

It was good. 3 rounds of interview Aptitude test Technical knowledge Overall background and salary discussion. It was not that difficult. HR was supportive and the staff was good. Overall good experience
