I started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter. Within an hour I secured a second interview with the hiring manager. The second interview was a Zoom call. I was then given an assignment to create a slide deck similar to what the job typically required. I was not ultimately hired for the role.

Interview was timely and HR was friendly. I was given a take home assignment to evaluate my skillset but I decided to drop out after the initial screening since I believed my lack of experience in the finance/fintech industry would hinder my potential performance.
