YIT Corporation interview questions

Had two interviews first one was great but the second one with the marketing director was terrible, she asked me questions that were’nt relevant to the job and really tried to make me crack under pressure. I think that was her way to see if I can handle pressure but asking about how did it feel to get laid off due to covid and what my parents are doing isn’t really relevant.

There were phone and personal interviews, both were deep but not difficult, because of the junior role of HR department assistant. Mostly it was a behavioral interview and a few questions about the diploma
