YTL Corporation Berhad interview questions

Approached via email for a virtual call. Talked to the HR and hiring manager. They didn't ask technical questions, more to probing questions like 'why do you want to work here' 'what's makes you thinking of leaving' etc. If you pass the 1st stage, they'll send you a time-based assessment to do. I had to come up with a comms plan for an event.

Not too much technical questions,more on behaviourial questions. You shall demonstrate a effective and good communication skills. Beside displaying a good attitude of learning is also very crucial. Finally stay calm and chill to respond to whatever question.
