The interview was a little messy. I was first interviewed by a woman - who only asked me two questions and one was about how my asking salary was too high (very unprofessional). She then stepped out for a phone call and came back in and asked me another question and left. I was then interviewed by the president. It was the weirdest interview I have ever had. He asked me a couple of questions and then decided to tell me that he took a personality test online and his personality matched Bill Gates and Albert Einstein. After that he took me through a scenario of questions to answer and then told me to come back in for ANOTHER interview for a civil engineering position instead of the environmental position that I was interviewing for. It was very weird and I did not go in for the second interview because if I wanted the civil engineering position I would have applied for it?
