Interview
Process of recruitment took 2 days. Company still go with offline test but it was fairly easy.
Process is as follows :
1.Apti offline
2.technical test offline
3.pre hr round(easy questions like why yardi)
They were looking for sql people and I was good in coding. So I knew interviews would be tricky.
Second day
4. Technical round( based on your knowledge they will take multiple technical rounds) I gone through 4 technical rounds and got rejected in 4th round. It was great experience and staff as well as technical team is very supportive and highly professional.
5. Final Hr round. Hr round involves hr questions and it seems fairly easy.
Overall yardi seems great company to work for and you'll get good technical knowledge.
It was in office .They started the Pre HR round with basic question about yourself and aptitude questions .Questions for Aptitude were basic like Root and LR based question .
First there is Group Discussion round, then Aptitude round, then there is technical interview next. Questions were mostly about SQL, DBMS, RDBMS and MSSQl, Transactions, Stored Procedures, Stored Functions, Different types of Joins

Interview
The very good and friendly interviewer, mainly focused on SQL and basic coding. It was an easy interview at the Pune office of Yardi Systems. A good package was offered; I applied as a fresher.
