After applying through job portal you are contacted via email for an online interview. Interview is only with a HR person that graduated probably the day before.At the end of the interview she even tells you that she hopes to see you in person,And then you wait for about 2-3 weeks and decide to call them and the same woman tells you that she doesn't know if you are on the list for further selection or not and doesn't call back.Then you wait some more and find out through a colleague that they are doing real job interviews with team leaders.Finally a month passes and you write an email asking of course why are you ignored and you get a badly written answer that HR is on vacation or something like that and that they do not have a politic of informing applicants before the process is over (ghosting) but they will make an exemption this time?!Mind you they were hiring 6 Engineers at once while on vacation obviously, Oh and by the way you get an automated REGULAR response on another language nearly two months after the so called "interview" revealing the real politic".So would you apply ever again to be treated like a dog?
