One interview that included a question session then I was led to a performance test in which I had to create a design on the computer. It was straightforward, pretty easy.

They just ask basic questions about you (personality) as well as technical review. The technical questions aren't difficult and you don't have to be an electrical wiz to get a position as a mechanical engineer.
