The interview process was thorough - I had a phone screen with the recruiter, plus 30-minute interviews with 5 different people that I would have been working with in some capacity. Emily, the recruiter I worked with, was excellent. She checked in with me right after each interview to let me know the next steps and move the process along. She was very responsive and able to answer all my questions.
Everyone I interviewed with was great, and for the most part pretty laid-back. They were really interested in getting to know me and sharing about what the company does and what this role would entail. They were very flexible in working around my schedule with my current job, and most of the interviews were through Skype, which was really convenient. Everyone was very mindful of my time and ended the interviews on time.
After the last interview I was asked to complete a behavioral analysis assessment. It was just 2 questions asking me to select from a list of qualities that I think are expected of me, and to choose from the same list those qualities I actually possess. It was interesting. I have no idea what the results were.
I was disappointed that I wasn't made an offer, but I was very impressed with the interview process and it was a great experience overall, and a good opportunity to learn about a really cool company.
