I first did a phone screen with the recruiter based on my experience and why I am looking to leave the company I was previously at. Next, I did a second phone interview with the Client Success Specialist manager. I was asked about how I would handle certain scenarios related to the role and to provide examples of a time I have dealt with a similar situation. I was then asked to come into the office for an on-site interview which was the final interview in the process.
