Yellow Box Hr Services interview questions

Yellow hr are useless!!!!! Yellow hr had provided me a job on contract for the client location. I had given 2 rounds of interview and was told that 3rd round will be of stakeholders I had started preparing for the stakeholders round. On the next day of my interview I received the call from yellow hr that I am selected. They told me to provide all the required documents for this position. I submitted my documents also.. but after submitting the documents I had no response from yellow hr for around 2 weeks. So I called the hr but they were not answering the call. I had even mailed the hr for the same still there was no reply. Then I called from some other number and the hr picked up the call and said that they have not received any updates from the client company. This process of calling from different numbers was going on for next more 2 weeks. But still the yellow hr people said that they don't have any updates from the client company. So after this I had called the hr of the client company directly and they said that I am not selected for the position and they had already informed the same to the yellow hr. If they had informed to yellow hr then why did these people didn't tell me???Why did they said that I am selected??? Why did they took my documents???? Why are yellow hr fooling people around??? Why yellow hr people are spoiling people's career???? This is the worst consultancy I have ever dealt with. No answering the calls and if by chance they receive the call they say that they are busy,they are in some meetings etc. Are we people free?? Don't we have work... I would recommend a big no to this consultancy
