I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yeti (Austin, TX) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interview process was a positive experience. HR, the hiring manager and the engineer I talked with were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was informed that there are at least 5 rounds. The rounds were: * 1 on 1 with HR (overview of resume, why you're interested in the position, how much you would like to be compensated, about 45 minutes) * Interview with hiring manager and a Design Engineer I (This was a tag team style interview. Questions revolved around injection molding experience, explanation of a favorite project, why you have interest in the position, CAD experience, no trick questions. Given the time for the interview, I had to gloss over my experience rather than go into detail (further interviews down the path would be digging deeper) 45 min) *3 hour CAD project/presentation (I didn't make it to this stage) * Interview to have multiple interviewers in separate sessions * Final interview to be in person
