Interview process was much the same as everyone else stated: 1. Initial application 2. 30minute-1 hour easy take-home assignment in which you are asked to include your GPA, major GPA, standardized tests you completed in high school broken down by subject, and a sentence on where you see yourself in five years 3. watch over 1 hour of "information session" explanation of the role with a significant amount of this time spent on emphasizing the importance of performance 4. much longer, difficult take-home assignment for which you are allowed a week 5. 30-minute HR interview 6. 3-hour C-suite interview The interview process was exhausting and dehumanizing in my opinion. I felt as if I was dedicating a significant amount of my valuable time to a company that would not dignify me with a phone call. I only ever spoke to anyone through email and though they were respectful and transparent the entire process felt very impersonal. There are multiple ways to approach data analysis, and if you do not fit in their boxes your chances of success are slim.

The interview process was very structured and conducted in a professional manner. First there was a talk with HR, and after that I had to a take-home assignment to assess some analytical skills. After it was approved, I went through a technical interview with a case study, and after that I went through two more interviews to assess soft skills and talk about my prior experiences in more detail.
