Yoco has a 5 stage interview process that was robust and allowed me to meet many stakeholders in the business. It was easier to make the decision to move out of a long term role once I had gone through all stages and met many future colleagues. The process gave me a solid first impression of the employer brand and company culture and I think the TA and People team are fantastic.
