I met with the VP and the AV manager and discussed my qualifications. We went over my coursework while I was in College. Then they took me on a tour of the office. I was shown the "AV area," the studio, and the cafe. The AV manager then went through a typical editing process with me. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
