I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yoh
Interview
At the time, I found an internal client which was a competitor. They linked me up with the RPO organization Yoh. I spoke to the initial Sourcer and then spoke with the client and 2 internal Yoh managers. I was hired within a few days. It was very easy if you have the experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yoh (New York, NY)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. I was reached out to by one of their recruiters for an internal role. About a week later I was asked on a Friday my availability to interview that day itself. I never heard back until the end of the day where I was told the interviewer was too busy and asked for my availability the following Monday and Tuesday. I never heard back until the end of the day Tuesday where I was told the same thing and asked for my availability for Thursday and Friday. Of course I never heard about an interview on Thursday or Friday. Another week went by where I heard nothing, and then I was asked this following Monday my availability for this week. Of course I never heard back about an interview which brings us to today.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Yoh (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Process took well over a month. I did phone interviews with 9 different people, both Yoh and customer. 2 separate site interviews with the customer, the first of which the internal recruiter sent me to the wrong location and the interview had to be rescheduled.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I seemingly answered the same questions each time. "Tell me about yourself", "Tell about a time you made an error and how you help rectify the problem", it was a very repetitive process
