I was summoned for an interview at Youappi's office in Ra'anana 2.5 weeks ago at 9:30. I arrived and my first impression was positive, the office looks very cool and tidy and the atmosphere seemed to be pleasant. I waited about 15-20 minutes before I was updated that the main person who was supposed to conduct the interview is abroad and due to a missunderstamding the one that was supposed to replace him was not notified and is away but will now arrive 'exclusively' and throw me an interview. After waiting another 20 mins and the guy was still not showing up, another one came, apoligized and invited me to his office to have a talk until he does show up. It was obvious that this 1st talk was not planned and was but a courtesy of mistakenly spending my time. Just to clarify, all this occurred while I am expected to arrive at my current workplace so this was already nearly an hour spent in vain. Finally by the the 1st talk with general inquiry, it was already way over an hour when the replacement guy arrived, of course apologized nicely for the misunderstanding, then asked Qs, explained a little about the job and then I started my test which took me an hour and a half. I finally left the office after 3.5 hours and went on with my day, arriving very late to work. As I was noted that the Support manager himself is away abroad for about 2 weeks I allowed myself to call Carmit the director of Admin and HR who initially summoned me to their office, in order to receive an update the week after that interview, even if that update would be no update yet. But there was no answer. Not in the next 3 call attempts either. And no response whatsoever to my email that followed these attempts. I mean, what kind of company that respects itself would waste someone's time like that, and then not even bother to respond?? Not a company I'd like to work at. There is absolutely no professional justification to this form of behavior. Very disappointing.
