Recruiter prescreen - there was an ai assistant writing notes which made things a bit awkward, felt quite scripted but otherwise it was fairly casual. asked very generic questions about experience etc.

Interview
A few days after applying online I had a phone call with their recruiter, just the usual going over past experience, skills, projects worked on, and potential deal breakers for either side. After that I had a video call that was described as a technical interview and was hosted by a group manager and an engineer (only one of them actually did the talking), but it ended up being all about values with textbook HR questions. They were very quick to provide feedback and mentioned they were hoping that I would have given more detailed answers, which I thought was strange because they kept cutting me off to move on to the next questions.
