Things were pretty laid back throughout the interview process. I contacted YouVisit a few different ways and heard from a co-founder a week or so later for a brief phone interview. Luckily, I was in town not long after, so a plan was made for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the same co-founder I spoke to on the phone, and was asked a range of technical questions. Most of the questions were very abstract or high-level, but there were also some fun logic problems. At the end I got to try out virtual reality cardboard and GearVR, which were my first experiences with VR. It was incredibly cool. I was in the office for about 2 hours and the interview was about 1.5 hours. My interviewer introduced me to some of the development team after the interview. On my way out I met some of the photography team and got some good recommendations for lunch. Everyone was friendly, and overall it was definitely not the most stressful interview experience I've ever had.
