We make commitments to serve our community and strive to meet commitments we make with our hiring process in the same way. While we aren’t perfect, we continually seek improvement in the way we operate. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Phone interview went well, but company requires applicants to complete an "assessment" with an arbitrary grading system to move forward in the interview process. I found the ordeal rather silly and a bit excessive.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Youable Emotional Health in Nov 2021
Interview
I never even spoke to a person, only completed a case study. After a week of radio silence I reached out to confirm that they had received it and was told that they were pursuing other candidates:
Our organization did not have an Operations Analyst position available during the time frame you have specified, or any other time. Further, the process of having candidates review a case study is not a part of our process. Our process currently makes a priority to connect with all applicants for positions. I don't believe our organization is the one that you had that experience with. I'm sorry you had that experience, but I don't believe it was with our organization.
