Took the time to ask me about any skills I have, how I would go about teaching students, and my strengths and weaknesses. Before that though I had a phone interview where we again talked about what I know and what I would be expected to do for this role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Young Champions USA (Santa Ana, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Create a Beginners & Intermediate routine, 1 minute each + a cheer for each and perform it.
This will help them get a feel of the type of choreographer you are and the pace you'll be teaching for your classes.

Question 1
Are you willing to relocate/take on multiple locations further from your area
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Young Champions USA (Santa Ana, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Very Friendly, but without vision. The interview was easy, the training involves so much to understand and be in charge for so low pay rate. On top of having to deal with arrogant people with attitude who think can somehow control your life by hiring you.
