      Behavior Technician Interview

      21 Sept 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Roanoke, VA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Your Life ABA (Roanoke, VA) in Jun 2023

      Interview

Easy pre-screening but was ghosted and never followed up with again after interviews Communication was great prior but radio silent after. It seemed like a great place to work if you got in and that they care about their kids But "no offer" isn't really accurate since I just never learned of my candidacy status and had to ultimately move on applying for other jobs. The lack of updates or at least a rejection letter felt like I was being kept warm for a while (or still am?) and did not have value as a candidate

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is your experience with kids with disabilities or autism
