Applied online and received a call within a week to set up Skype video interview. Had an hour Skype interview and then was offered position shortly after. Very smooth and professional process.

Received an email to setup a Skype interview. Had about an hour long Skype interview consisting of primarily behavioral questions. Walked through resume and wanted to know if I had experience working with kids. Lots of what would you do in this scenario questions and what previous experiences qualify you for this job questions. Was contacted within the week with an offer.
