I applied for a position with Yrefy LLC and initially received prompt communication from their recruiter. After completing the requested PI assessment, I was contacted to schedule an interview — only for the recruiter to request multiple schedule changes on their end.
Despite my flexibility and clear communication, within minutes of the final interview time approaching, I was abruptly informed that the position had been filled. There was no apology, no courtesy explanation, and no acknowledgment of the time invested on my part.
This level of disorganization and disregard for candidates’ time is deeply unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process. If this is how Yrefy handles recruitment — a candidate’s first impression of the organization — I can only imagine how they manage internal communication and operations.
Tip to management: Respect people’s time. If a role is filled, close the loop professionally. Candidates deserve better than being left hanging after completing assessments and rearranging their schedules.
