      National Sales Interview

      2 Oct 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Hollywood, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Z Living (Hollywood, CA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

The interview process was more of a sales pitch than an interview. After a very brief phone screen from the GM's assistant, I was asked to come in. No tough interview questions were asked. The meeting was much more like a desperate attempt to convince me that the on-air product was viable. Further, it was disclosed that the position needed to be filled in order to meet some sort of body-count quota. Facts about the position, the network and the income potential were grossly misrepresented.
