I really have a negative experience with Zeiss for the interview. I applied in March end for the position. The first interview was a phone interview which lasted 20 mins with the design lead. After that, there was radio silence for 1 month. I followed up 3-4 times asking for progress and finally gave up on the interview! After a month, I received another email, no apologies for what so ever delay, stating that there is still another round. I got on a call with 2 designers from the design team and they told I should hear back in 2-3 business days. Again month-long radio silence. I sent emails that I have my student visa expiring and urged them to reply/ fasten up. After over a month, I got another email that they want me to come to their office for a full day interview. I already had booked my tickets back to my home country as my visa were expiring before that. So, I couldn't go. Few weeks back I received another email from their HR stating they are apologetic and that the standard procedure is not like this. Note that I still am neither accepted or rejected. The HR told if I want to setup up a call to discuss. I replied and again a radio silence since last few weeks. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from such a big MNC company.
