ZRG Partners Graduate Rotational Program interview questions

There were 4 rounds total: 1st hr screening, 2nd and 3rd with executive search managers, 4th and last round with executive. The process was very respectful throughout, and everyone was very pleasant outside of the final call. Interviewer showed up 7 minutes late and seemed distracted, very unprofessional. Ultimately, I did not get an offer due to a "lack of experience", which was a giveaway answer considering the participation in 3 rounds of interviews. Do not commit unless you are passionate about the field.
