There is a round of in person coding where you point out the error of a written piece of code. They don’t ask you to write everything from scratch. A lot easier as compared to HUAWEI

Al principio todo bien, se habló de mi experiencia así como de mis habilidades, sin embargo, ya al final de la entrevista comenzaron a hacerme este tipo de preguntas: ¿tienes hijos?, ¿tienes quien los cuide?, ¿qué pasaría si te necesitan?, y, a pesar de hacer el comentario de que mi esposo también cuida de mi bebé y que buscaríamos la manera de arreglarnos, volvieron a hacerme preguntas relacionadas al como yo le haría para cuidar a mi bebé.

The applicants were put in a hall and asked to give a brief introduction about their selves then after we were divided into two groups and asked a question to discuss about (Deadline kills creativity). After this everyone had to defend himself with an answer and after defend for a group.

Interview panel was professional, kind and polite. They asked the right questions and were on point. The interview was online because of the Covid restrictions & SOPs. Overall, I think they knew what they were doing.
