Al principio todo bien, se habló de mi experiencia así como de mis habilidades, sin embargo, ya al final de la entrevista comenzaron a hacerme este tipo de preguntas: ¿tienes hijos?, ¿tienes quien los cuide?, ¿qué pasaría si te necesitan?, y, a pesar de hacer el comentario de que mi esposo también cuida de mi bebé y que buscaríamos la manera de arreglarnos, volvieron a hacerme preguntas relacionadas al como yo le haría para cuidar a mi bebé.

It was an interview with some heads of departments. Where I was asked some questions about my experience and why I want to work at zte, and a few case based questions.

Asked me in depth on the details my final year project, subjects, and previous internships The next part had some behavioral questions as well, like my preference/performance in groups and under stress.

The applicants were put in a hall and asked to give a brief introduction about their selves then after we were divided into two groups and asked a question to discuss about (Deadline kills creativity). After this everyone had to defend himself with an answer and after defend for a group.

There were three interviewers at that time. Two were from the business unit. One was from HR. They first introduced themselves then I was asked to introduce myself. Then I was directly asked questions.

round 1: online test, several telegram questions, python questions, cs questions, 2 programming round 2: on-site interview, two interviewers, trying to know something about your project at school, and they also ask very simple questions about telegram. I guessed it depends on your background

Interview panel was professional, kind and polite. They asked the right questions and were on point. The interview was online because of the Covid restrictions & SOPs. Overall, I think they knew what they were doing.
