Single-stage 1-hour long panel interview. Technical and non-technical, open questions across delivery, design, development and testing from senior and experienced staff members. I was made to feel very relaxed and invited to ask questions. My research into the company made me feel that Zaizi would be a good company to work for and the interview experience confirmed this.
