3 rounds of interviews, about to take the third one. First two were straightforward questions, asking about previous experiences, what type of person i was, if I had to drive to work this type of job, etc.

Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker.
Thorough. Had a great knack for pulling good information together. Felt as though employees were top of mind. Work / life balance seemed important as well. Questions were typical of an interview environment.
