I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Melbourne) in May 2016
Interview
Group interview (10-12 people) — each introduced ourselves briefly. Given a scenario/question each to answer "What are you weakness/strengths, tell us about one scenario where you exercised your leadership skill in your previous workplace, what would you improve about Zara if you could?")
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
