I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (McLean, VA) in Jan 2013
Interview
30 min conversation with store manager regarding experience and expectation, she went briefly through my resume, asked questions about my former retail experience and my skills. She asked about working holidays and weekends as a requirement
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
