Ich habe mich online beworben. Nach einem Monat erhielt ich einen Anruf und wurde zu einem Gruppen Interview in der Zentrale eingeladen. Das Gruppengespräch war sehr angenehm, profesionell, nett und uns wurden sehr viele Informationen über Inditex übermittelt. Nach dem Gruppengespräch wurden wir dann noch kurz gefragt warum sie genau uns einstellen sollten. Ich persönlich wurde sofort an dem Tag eingestellt und erhielt auch gleich den Vertrag.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
