      Ladies Deputy Manager Interview

      16 Apr 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Newcastle upon Tyne, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Mar 2014

      Interview

Applied online, was then interviewed by the store manager and one of the regional managers. The interviews were pretty much identical with the regional manager interview being slight more technical and asking about targets etc. I also had to create a 6 month business plan for the company and SWOT analysis.
