Interview
Simple and easy, very straight forward got called back the same day. Asked normal interview questions and situational questions. Got to have an understanding of the job and the role and was offered to come in and sight the contract the next day.

They asked me several situational customer service questions.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
