I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Jun 2014
Interview
There was a presentation info of the company, asked questions about the presentation (don't be too eager and shout out..they don't really take much notice), then a mini interview at the front of the room (yes people behind you can hear...in a pretty small room). It wasn't that long, probably took less than an hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what's your fashion sense?
why Zara?
availability?
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
Group interview in their office in oxford street, just had to complete tasks together. Did a presentation and problem solving. Heard back from them in a week that I had got the offer.
