2 rounds of interviews, very close to each other. practical cases where you have to create a capsule collection and explain why. as well as demonstrate knowledge in regards to the visual merchandising tools.

Why do you believe clothing is displayed in this way? What is the strategy in regards to merchandising in Zara? Create a capsule collection.
Met with the shopfloor manager and had to present new collection and create matching outfits. The interview took place in a different store, went through questions on why I woule like to become a VM
