A very friendly and energetic person whom this first round was with, she was the former department manager and now acting as a recruiter. Our talk was very fluid and friendly. I have already worked for Zara in the past so I kinda could answer everything as a former colleague would. So it was a positive experience.

How do you keep yourself up to date on trends and what is your favourite trend?
Met with the shopfloor manager and had to present new collection and create matching outfits. The interview took place in a different store, went through questions on why I woule like to become a VM
