I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zara (Ottawa, ON) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was about 30 minutes with questions that you would expect in an interview (no surprises, really), but stress during an interview can always make you forget what you prepared. The interview happened inside of the store with one of the managers, who was really patient and informative about what the company would expect from employees after they're hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are some good and bad qualities of yourself that could affect work habits?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
