Simple and painless process all around. Was contacted by a department head to schedule a time for a remote interview, they were flexible and willing to work with my schedule. Interview itself was about an hour or so long and really just consisted of chatting with the state's head of operations. Perfectly pleasant guy, pretty standard interview.
