Interview
I never spoke to a single human being during the entire process. Seriously entertaining given it was for a leadership HR position. May be this should have been the first clue this company lacks HUMAN Resources.

Question 1
The interview was a done electronically. Questions were asked and answers had to be recorded. Such a cold, one-way and unnecessary process. If you have the time to view recorded answers, surely you have the time to conduct a virtual interview.
