The interview process consisted of three rounds, an initial phone screen, 30 minute one-on-one with the hiring manager, and a one-hour panel interview. Other than my recruiter calling me 30 minutes early, the phone screen was typical. It consisted of asking standard HR questions and discussing salary information. The interview with the hiring manager was just to get to know one another and learn about the details of the job. After that, I was referred to the panel interview. Very basic, but a broad scope of technical questions that surpass the duties included in the job description. The majority of the questions asked were behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, I was told I would have a decision by the end of the next week. I never heard anything back and received no response upon reaching out to my recruiter.
