However, before the scheduled interview time, I received a rejection email without any prior notice of cancellation or change. The interviewer also did not show up for the confirmed call.
This experience reflects poor communication and a lack of respect for candidates’ time. A simple update or cancellation notice would have demonstrated professionalism and basic courtesy. Candidates deserve a transparent and consistent process, especially when interview times have already been formally confirmed.
