Clear questions with the right approach on asking about the personal vision and whether it aligns with the company goals. This helped me to be open. It was a 3 stage interview with the homework task as the second interview.

Interview
5 or 6 rounds of interviews with different people, including CEO, CPO and others. No home task, more relaxed interviews, skillset questioning on the interviews. People are more interested in their field and ask questions related to their field, with no consistent narrative for the position they're hiring. Got ghosted after the whole process. Def a red flag.
